LOOKING BACK, MOVING FORWARD
June 29, 2026

As we enter the second half of the year, I encourage you to do so prayerfully.

In a few days’ time, June will come to an end, marking the close of the first half of 2026.

As we reach this midpoint of the year, I would like to invite you to pause and reflect on the past six months. What stands out as you look back on this season? Have there been important decisions or experiences that have shaped your journey? Through the events of the past months, have you come to know God more deeply and experienced His faithfulness in a fresh way? How is He inviting you to respond to His love? What has He been saying to you?

Taking time to pause and reflect helps us make sense of where we have been and prepares us to step into the months ahead with greater clarity and purpose.

As we enter the second half of the year, I encourage you to do so prayerfully. From 1 July to 9 August, the LoveSingapore movement will once again lead the annual 40.Day Prayer Season. During this period, believers from churches across Singapore come together in united prayer and worship, seeking God’s blessing upon our nation.

The 40.Day Prayer Season culminates in Day of His Power, a nationwide prayer gathering where God’s
people unite to seek Him, pray for Singapore to turn to Him, and intercede for His Kingdom to come in our land.

This year, the English Day of His Power will be held on 7 August. A special Day of His Power in Mandarin,
Cantonese, and Hokkien will take place on 8 August.

Dear brothers and sisters, I encourage you to take part in this year’s 40.Day Prayer Season and join believers across the nation in praying for Singapore. May the second half of the year be filled with God’s presence and blessing, and may you experience Him in deeper and more wonderful ways.
