FAQs
What are the features of KY CMS
Update Your Profile Anytime
You can keep your profile information current by updating your own personal information. You are encouraged to share with us additional information like your proficiency in the various languages/dialects, skills and giftings and occupation so that we can get to know you better and reach out to you if there should be any ministry needs.
Ease in registration for courses/events
You may register for courses/events at a click of the button, as your details will be pre-filled. All courses/events that you have signed up using KY CMS will be available to track your progress.
Ease of viewing all church activities
You can view the latest church services, courses and events in a glance with the church calendar in KY CMS.
How do I sign up for KY CMS
If you are in a cell group, your cell leaders will be disseminating the signing-up information to you. If you are not in any cell groups, KY will eventually be rolling out to all church worshippers at the later part of 2023. Do be patient with us as we are only able to roll out the accounts in batches so that we can cope with the technical support required.
If you have not gotten any information on the registration of KY CMS by 31 Dec 2023, please email kysupport@kumyan.org.sg.
Do non-members or KY visitors need to register for KY CMS?
KY CMS is for all regular worshippers, regardless if you are a member. For non-regular worshippers or visitors, there will not be a need to register.
I have already provided KY with my personal details when I was baptised or became a member. Do I still need to register for KY CMS?
Yes, registration of KY CMS is required for all members and non-members in order to obtain the latest information for setting up of accounts. Information collected during your baptism/membership course could be outdated. Only information that is mandatory for registration will be requested.
Do all regular worshippers need to register?
When members filled in the baptism/membership forms, consent had been granted for KY to retain their information. All these information will be ported from the old system to KY CMS. In view of the move towards global digitalisation, we will strongly encourage worshippers to register for KY CMS. However, we are aware of certain concerns and constrains. Hence, do note that it is non-mandatory.
