A Sacred Season
March 30, 2025

Let us prepare our hearts and spirits for this holy season.

Beloved in Christ,

As we gather today, we stand on the threshold of a sacred season—a time to reflect, repent, and rejoice in the profound love of our Savior. In about two weeks, we will journey through Passion Week, commemorating the sacrifice of Jesus on Good Friday and celebrating His glorious resurrection on Easter Sunday. This is not merely a historical remembrance but a divine invitation to draw near to the heart of God, to experience anew the depth of His love and the power of His redemption.

May this season be a time of spiritual renewal for each of us.

Let us prepare our hearts and spirits for this holy season. Just as a farmer tills the soil before planting, we must cultivate our hearts to receive the seeds of God’s Word. Take time this week to quiet your soul, to examine your life, and to surrender anything that hinders your relationship with Christ. Let us approach Passion Week with humility, gratitude, and expectancy, ready to encounter the living God in a fresh and transformative way.

This is also a season to remember the cost of our salvation. Jesus willingly bore the cross, enduring unimaginable suffering, so that we might have life and freedom. As we reflect on His sacrifice, let it deepen our love for Him and inspire us to live lives worthy of His calling. And as we anticipate Easter, let us rejoice in the hope of the resurrection—the victory over sin and death that assures us of eternal life.

May this season be a time of spiritual renewal for each of us. Let us walk together in faith, encouraging one another as we draw closer to Christ.

Blessings.
